est bon.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Sinon, je confirme, il vaut mieux ne pas faire cuire la truffe, c'est pour cela que vous laisserez la truffe avec les oeufs dans une boite, que vous trancherez très finement la truffe pour garder les plus beaux morceaux pour la fin de la recette, en décoration et gourmandise au dessus...&lt;BR/&gt;Et que vous garderez les brisures et les petits morceaux pour mettre directement dans les oeufs pendant la cuisson.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;La cuisson de ces oeufs brouillés au bain est très douce vous verrez que la truffe gardera toute sa saveur.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Un peu de ciboulette ou des oeufs de saumon voire les deux pour la deco, servir avec une tranche de pain grillé arrosée d'un peu d'huile d'olive.
